Hey friends check out this very inspiring article I found last night while scrambling through one of my occasional outbursts of insomnia.  Its pretty long but well worth the read.  A story of how easier and enjoyable life can be, when friends decide to put their minds together.

Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin


My best friends introduced these guys to me back in 2005 and it has been true love ever since.  These guys seriously are truly amazing.  Luckily for you guys I have all three of their full length albums right here for download.  Watch one of these videos to see if your into them. If you likey below are their full lengths including their brand new album "Let it sway". Also they will be in Los Angeles at spaceland on November the 16th.  Heres where you can get tickets for just 8 bucks! (SSLYBY November 16th tickets). 8 bucks well spent if you ask me.  You can't even get a beer in LA for that. But you can pay 8 bucks to see a great band play and take a good ol flask full of delicious bourbon, and slip that little fucker there right into your little pocket, and have an amazing time.  Hopefully I'll see ya there.  Check them out, I promise they won't do you dirty

Monsters of Folk is an American supergroup, consisting of Jim James from My Morning Jacket(http://www.mymorningjacket.com/), Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis from Bright Eyes(http://www.thisisbrighteyes.com/)
and M. Ward.[1] from the band She and Him(http://www.sheandhim.com/#) with the lovely and beautiful Zoey Descanel. The band was formed in 2004 when the members were on tour with their respective bands and solo projects. After playing together both on-stage and backstage, they started working together on various material. Due to the members' main projects, Monsters of Folk did not wrap up their first album until 2009, and it was released on September 22 on Rough Trade.

 Also if you like skateboarding, this song was also used in a real good friend of mine, Mr. Nick Merlino's skateboard part welcoming him to Foundation Skateboards(http://www.foskco.com/).  Although this footage was leaked on youtube by an angry filmer, Nick Merlino has only used this situation to further his skateboarding career.  You guys should check out this footage the dude is amazing. Straight from the slums of Atlantic City, NJ to the sunshine rays of Southern California.
